Ocean-Front huoneisto 2. kerroksessa on helppo pääsy uima-allas ja ranta, vuonna
lähin rakennus merelle satelliittirannalla, vain minuutteja
Cocoa Beachin eteläpuolella. Yksityinen rentouttava parin lomapaikka, samoin kuin erittäin perheystävällinen. Kauniita auringonnousuja. Suojattu parveke. Paljon leveitä hiekkarantoja kävelemään ja leikkimään. Ostokset minuutin päässä. Monet ravintolat ja aktiviteetit lähellä ja pohjoisessa Cocoa Beachillä, Kennedyn avaruuskeskuksessa, Port Canaveralissa ja etelään Indiatlantic ja Melbourne Beachillä. Orlandon lentokenttä ja aktiviteetit vain 50 minuutin päässä.

We enjoyed our stay, this I our second time staying at this condo. The layout of the condo really worked for us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and more. The Living room is nice and comfortable with beautiful view of the ocean just steps away.The unit has two nice size bedrooms with TV’s and comfortable beds and large windows with a view of the ocean. Primary bedroom has a private bathroom with shower a dressing area with a large mirror, drawers for all your toiletries and walk in closet w/ hangers, There is also a second bathroom with shower/tub combo close to the second bedroom. Both bath comes with large soft bath towels, hand towels and wash cloth and additional towels in the hall closet. They host also supply beach towels and a wagon to carry your things to the beach if needed. This is an older building I believe was built in the 60’s. It has under gone remodeling and looks like they are just about completed, still working on the pool outside. But the host unit is nice and it clean and it comfortable and it has a nice feel to it. Linda and Steve were quick to respond when we submitted request to rent and any time we had question

The balcony view from this unit is absolutely spectacular!!! We spent the majority of our time out there enjoying the ocean. Inside, the unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need with special attention to neatness and organization. The owners were especially friendly and helpful, cheerfully answering any questions we had. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

We loved the condo. The views from the balcony are stellar. We went in October so the beach was practically empty most of the time. The owners were very thoughtful and provided everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. They communicated with us the whole time. The condo is a 7 minute drive from Cocoa beach so there's a lot to do but super quiet in the building except for the lovely sound of the ocean. In one word. Relaxing.

Great location on the beach. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is clean with tile and vinyl flooring which is clutch for being on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the living room. Saw three rocket launches from the deck. I would recommend and rent again.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing location

I rented this condo for my family for 10 days over the 4th of July. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The view is breathtaking! You are literally just a 30 second walk to the ocean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the cruiseships, aircraft, and dolphins. The condo had anything you could need. The 1st floor has a game and card room which was great for rainy days. The owner waa friendly, communicated directions clearly, and quick to respond to messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent agian in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Great Beachfront Stay

Wonderful 2nd floor unit, located right on the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and clean, containing everything we needed. Easy beach access is by elevator or 1 flight of stairs. The parking for this unit is very conveniently located under cover only steps from the front entrance of the building. To make it even more enjoyable, our host was extremely informative and responsive and made communication both ways very easy. We highly recommend this unit for someone looking to spend time in the Satellite Beach/Cape Canaveral area.

The property was as advertised. Beautiful views, great location, and right on the beach. We loved looking out our balcony at the beach and the ocean. We loved listening to the waves. Perfect Oceanfront Experience

The 2nd floor balcony is like sitting right on top of the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach left and right as well as straight forward. Saw two rocket launches that went in our direction south of Cape Canaveral. Awesome! The condo was equipped with everything you might need, including binoculars.
