Located in Llampaies (Saus Camallera Llampaies), the rustic apartment “Cal Secretari de Can Gat Vell” offers a unique setting for your stay. It is on the first floor of the Masia Grande of the eighteenth century, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double King Size and one with 3 beds that has access outside or through the main room), 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 5 people. It has high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, washing machine.

The property has step-free access and inside the house, there are a total of 6 steps. 2 fans are provided (in the bedrooms). There is no air conditioning. Parking is available on the property. Crib (extra) and high chair are available. The highlight of the apartment is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue.



The areas to share are very pleasant and well maintained, offering a swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, both protected with a fence, barbecue, outdoor shower, gardens with lawn, ping pong table, sports area with soccer goal, basketball basket, chicken coop with animals. The outdoor areas are conveniently furnished for dining, sunbathing and relaxing in the shade.



The vacation home is 2.5 km from stores, a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the train station.
