We had a problem with the room. When we talked to the manager, he was rude, argumentative & somewhat aggressive. We were totally dissatisfied with his solution but had to do it as he would not return our money or discount the room. He never showed any concern for our dissatisfaction. We will NEVER return to Bay Breeze Inn.

The price was more than twenty dollars higher than the price I paid in the past. Unfortunately, the motel representative misled you while I was trying to find a room, they gave you information that the room was given right before I contacted them. By doing so, they increased the price. I asked the guy at the front desk and he told me they had 10 rooms available. Towels were missing, breakfast was limited from the past, old TV with quality issues. Unfortunately, I will not go to this place in the future, big disappointment.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean. Couldn't beat the price, but you get what you pay for. Probably one of the most minimalist hotel rooms I've stayed in. Very, very small, and very, very basic. But we essentially only needed a place to sleep and shower; we spent all of our time out and about so this place was fine. Had some pretty noisy and inconsiderate neighbors one morning, but otherwise no complaints.

Manager was extremely nice and maid was working hard, so no knocks on them. Rooms clean and flooring nice, bed comfy enough for a night. But facilities themselves a little worse for wear with cinder blocks holding up stairs and balcony looking a little unstable. Room too hot for comfort even with fan full blast in October.
