This one-bedroom private, suite, it offers a cozy space with full privacy. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Clean, simple, and comfortable. Interior space is 300 sq ft, plus access to the pool and grill area.
Includes a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Entertainment with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ on two TVs.
Ample driveway parking fits a 24’ boat and a full-size truck with ease. Enjoy the Private - peaceful outdoor lounge and picnic areas. Take advantage of the solar-heated, saltwater pool year-round!

Very nice clean comfortable beds seating in the queen and chairs were very comfortable no cooking but that’s OK. We like eating out beautiful pool to swim which I enjoyed thoroughly step out my door for steps into the pool. It was very nice and we enjoyed Pat’s company too.

Pat was a gracious hostess. This was our first visit; I was a bit taken by surprise on arrival to find folks playing in the pool, but figured it out pretty quickly. She didn't know us, and had her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law over to provide "air cover" just in case we turned out to be something other than promised. And we don't begrudge that one bit. The guest house was clean, well-kept, delightful, in a really nice neighborhood. We'll be back.

Very deceiving

Pictures make it look accommodating, but it is a tiny place. We could not get both of our suitcases in the bedroom. Air conditioning did not keep up, which is a window unit for all the rooms. It was clean and pool was nice, but we didn’t enjoy it as we left after one night for a week’s reservation.

Loved Sunshine Haven!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Haven! The pool was our favorite part!! Beautiful clean and warm!! The accommodations were very comfortable for two people and all the little extras like coffee and water were a special treat. The location was great close to the water and many restaurants! We felt very welcome also by our host.

A great place in Sebastian FL

I like staying in places that are quiet, clean and have some amenities. This 2 room and bath, separate from house rental is just about perfect. There is no kitchen but you have a good size dorm fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. I enjoyed the quiet and the salt water pool. The host is very accommodating.

Tiny home and great pool

We had a lovely stay at the three room poolhouse of Pat. Lush decorations and great pool which Pat kept spotless for my morning and evening swim. Pat was the perfect house who let us use her beach gear. Beaches were 15 min drive and golf course very close and in the middle of nature. Will be back.
