Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gut gelegen. Zur Wohnung gab es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was die lästige Suche nach einem Parkplatz erleichtert. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne und moderne Unterkunft.

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Schönes Wetter, viel von der Umgebung gesehen, fast perfekt. Leider funktioniert das WLAN in der Wohnung nicht und die Parkmöglichkeit im Hause könnte besser sein (Die Parkboxen sind für ein grösseres Auto zu klein) - deswegen nur 4 Sterne

Gute Lage und eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns (wieder) sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und auch schon vor 16 Uhr möglich. In der Wohnung hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Das Kinderzimmer ist recht klein aber für ein paar Tage geht es. Schön ist es, dass es eine Sauna im Haus gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement en goede locatie

Het appartement is schoon en comfortabel. Het is leuk om vanaf het balkon de mensen te zien, die in de Wilhelmstrasse de winkels bekijken, een ijsje eten of op weg zijn naar het strand (geen geluidsoverlast ervaren). De pier in Sellin is erg mooi, het strand niet overbevolkt en de zee rustig, niet koud en niet snel diep. We hebben genoten van een boottocht langs de Königsstuhl vanuit Sassnitz (leuke kustplaats). Een bezoek aan Prora was indrukwekkend. Ook erg leuk was het om een sup te huren op het strand.

Villa Rosa

Die Sessel sind schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Tolle Lage des Objektes. Die Tiefgarage ist nichts für große Autos. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine gute Ausstattung.

Keine Kommunikation zu Kurkarte/Kurtaxe Informations Blatt war zerrissen und bemalt. W-Lan Nummer war auf einer abgerissenen Ecke. Haben wir nur durch Zufall gefunden. Kühlschrank Tür war schmutzig und der dreh Knopf vom Backofen ist geschmolzen. Duschschlauch und Ablage aus billigen Plastik. Kunstleder Möbel abgeschubbert.

Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, zu klein und zu wenig Komfort.

Die Wohnung liegt exclusiv in der Wilhelmstrasse. Vorteil: Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und Geschäften. Nachteil: Nach vorne raus zu laut. Man kommt nicht zur Ruhe bis spät in die Nacht. Ansonsten geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer ist viel zu klein fuer Erwachsene - fuer Kinder okay. Das Bad muesste modernisiert werden. Viel zu klein und zu wenig Komfort (nicht mehr zeitgemäß). Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch, nur fuer einen Mittelklassewagen wie Audi etc. sehr eng.

einziges Manko: die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng gebaut. Habe mir eine Delle eingefangen und ich bin bestimmt kein Sonntagsfahrer...sonst aber alles super.
