Welcome to this bright, comfortable ground floor flat in a fantastic location. The place is a unique oasis of calm with a shared sun deck by the sea. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with a fantastic sea view, find a shady spot in the afternoon and settle in with your holiday reading. Experience marvellous sunsets and watch the dolphins as you pass through the channel between the mainland and the island of Rab.
Nearby is the sheltered Zavratnica bay, but also the Velebit National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes while hiking. There are three other national parks within a radius of 100 km. There is an approx. 2 km long gravel road leading to the property, which is only accessible by off-road vehicles.
