A beautiful property! The staff was fabulous and attentive and the view is breathtaking. You can’t beat eating a pizza delivered from room service, while taking a bath, while watching the sunset!

I booked a total of 4 rooms. When I was at the reception to check-in, I was told hotel record shows only 1 room 😬 The hotel staffs wasted no time to contact Expedia and I'm glad the missing records will again made available to the hotel within 30mins time. Not so good a start for my group, but we are happy that the staffs did their best

This is a four star luxury hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, kind and truly went well above the call of duty to make our stay the most pleasurable and convenient stay we’ve ever had. The facilities were gorgeous and well maintained. The on site restaurant was high quality and delicious. The staff was always ready to give recommendations for local dining, excursions, most efficient way to get to wherever we wanted to go. Great option for singles, families and business people. Would definitely stay again.

GoldOne is a wonderful hotel. Several people in the staff speak a very good English. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and with a view. I liked the location on the top of a gully full of vegetation that runs down to the sea. Here and there you see the occasional palm tree, it reminded me of the Amalfi coast.

Hotel decor is quite outdated

Front desk check in was a little chaotic, & we were asked about how we wanted our eggs cooked at breakfast. That was a bit odd. The manager Mr Son was very nice & so were the servers in restaurants & front desk personnel. Hotel needs some updates, it's like decor back in the 70's. Breakfast items can be improved, as the set menu with steak & eggs everyday were too heavy. There was a good bbq restaurant near by, otherwise it's a 15 minutes walk to local restaurants

A Place That Understands What Guests Truly Value

I was honestly impressed by how uniquely the hotel expresses its own brand identity. The ocean view was amazing, and the spacious rooms, along with the pool and gym, really showed how much they care about the guests. The restaurant was top-notch—absolutely high quality. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were so cheerful and polished, yet consistently polite and warm. That really surprised me in the best way.

It is walking distance to the famous Olle trail. Staff was super helpful. They were a little understaffed on the day we arrived with the front desk person also waiting tables in the restaurant. Lovely quiet area of Jeju.

I loved our stay!! Excellent view of the ocean. Jacuzzi in the room was nice as well. Just didn’t like having a freezer instead of a fridge in the room. But otherwise, great! Would stay again.

Upon arrival, Bomi with concierge was exceptional. She welcomed us with open arms, even upgrading our original garden view room to an ocean view room. Each time we stepped into the lobby, she was instantly ready to accommodate any need we had, from pool towels (for the outdoor heated pool) to dinner plans. If the experience stopped there, it would be 5-star! But there’s more! Our room was perfection, with grand touches, such as heated toilet seats, personal jacuzzi and complimentary items (robes, slippers, bottled water, tea and coffee). The bedding was quite comfortable, and the view of Beomseom Island in the East China Sea from the room matched the relaxation that came with the sound of the ocean within walking distance of Gold One Hotel. We chose dinner at the La Scala Restaurant with top notch service and delicious BBQ platter and mushroom soup. Breakfast the next morning included a vast variety of food, served with coffee and tangerine juice. If our travels return us to Jeju Island, we will certainly look to make reservation once again at Gold One! Thank you!!
