Amazing staff

If I could have given extra stars for service, I would have. The staff of this hotel is amazing. They are helpful, super accommodating, and the friendliest people you can wish for on your stay. Remember to take the breakfast buffet, it's amazing and worth the additional cost. My only negative would be that the hotel could use some modernization and overall touch-ups, and the fitness room is below par.

Great views, nice sized rooms with daily servicing. Lovely pool & rooftop views & close to Ollie 7 trail. Was very hot & some of pool furniture & umbrellas were broken or missing cushions. View was truly outstanding.

The hotel is in Seogwipo, the South part of the island, approx. 55 min drive from Jeju City airport. The area is quiet and secluded, but this also means there is a drive to get anywhere. The closest sandy beach is a 20 min drive. Given the location, a car is really needed. We didn’t have one and Uber-ed everywhere which can get expensive. The hotel while older, is quite beautiful, especially inside - the rooms and lobby decor are sparkling. The pool area outside can use some updating, especially the lounge chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices both Korean and Western. The hotel also has nice facilities including a gym and a playroom for children. In addition, it has free laundry which is unique for hotels. We really enjoyed our time there and the staff was always attentive to our needs and helpful.

Extraordinary service, beautiful location, amazing breakfast (if you book via Expedia, breakfast not included…). Walkable to cafes and restaurants and even swimming area (but you need water shoes for rocky coast). Ideally situated for exploring best of Jeju. Great value!

I had a great stay overall with no major issues or complaints. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—close to several attractions and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. While the walk to the beach includes a small hike, it’s a scenic and enjoyable route. The food options at the hotel were somewhat limited, but they seemed suitable for visitors who prefer dining out. One standout aspect was the driver provided by the hotel, Mr. Park. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made our local travel smooth and enjoyable. The pool was nice and inviting, though I did notice some algae floating and along the walls, which raised a bit of concern about maintenance. The rooftop garden on the 6th floor was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement. Would recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay.

The hotel is well located, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It has a large pool with warm water. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. For teens, there’s a ping pong table and a pool table—my boys really enjoyed their stay!

The jacuzzi was not cleaned throughly. Once started a lot of dirt comes out of it. The area is far away but quiet. Lots of mosquitoes and insects there.

Amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites. One of the days we were there, I stayed at the hotel for most of the day doing laundry and relaxing. My spouse was hiking up mount Hallasan. I was not doing an 8 1/2 hike up the mountain so I stayed behind. The two ladies down at the front desk and coffee bar were SO SO nice and helpful. They found out I spoke some Korean, so they insisted on helping me remember more of my language skills. They made me speak to them all day in Korean and helped me with phrases I could not remember to say. I cannot thank them enough for how much fun I had that day. They even both gathered to say goodbye to us the next morning when we checked out! We loved the location of the hotel and the room was so nice and comfortable. We played table tennis in the game room one night and also ate one of our meals in the hotel restraint. Great food! If you are going to Jeju, STAY HERE!

The staff was very kind. The facilities are aging but the rooms are clean, large, and pool was great. It was nice to have two bathrooms, king beds, a mini fridge. Access to pool and laundry facilities. The area had great restaurants around it in walking distance.
