洗面とシャワーのお湯がポンプのように勝手に強弱が出て水圧と温度にムラがあった。また水を使っていなくても流して止めるような音がしており気になった。一度の利用で排水が詰まり気味で、表面的に詰まっている様子はなかったので根本的なものだと思う。以前利用したときはこれらは気にならなかった。 立地はとても便利。
