This stunning beachfront studio, decorated in a relaxing boho-chic style with microcement finishes to give you maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect seaside retreat to explore the coast and its attractions.
With a capacity for three guests, this accommodation features a bright open-plan living and sleeping area. The space stands out for its versatile design, equipped with a generous sofa made up of 4 modules that also serve as beds. The area also includes air conditioning, a television and a dining table.
The kitchenette is subtly hidden behind charming vintage wooden doors. It is equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals or breakfast, with a microwave, coffee machine, sink, mini-fridge and basic utensils to assist you in your daily life.
Access to the magnificent terrace is very conveniently made through the enormous sliding glass doors of the living room, which allow wonderful natural light to flood the entire interior area during the day. This outdoor space is the true jewel of the property: equipped with glass railings so as not to obstruct the view, it offers a front and absolutely stunning view over the sea and the beach sands.
Please note that access to the accommodation is only via stairs and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned.

This accommodation places you in the vibrant heart of the picturesque village of Sesimbra. The energy of this neighbourhood is a constant invitation to relax and celebrate the best coastal lifestyle. Stepping outside, you will immediately be enveloped by the authentic atmosphere of a traditional fishing village, full of charming alleyways, local shops and restaurants widely known for serving the best fresh fish and seafood in Portugal.
The greatest and most irresistible advantage of this address is its incredible proximity to the beach! Just a very short walk away (a few minutes on foot), you will be stepping on the golden sands and diving into the calm waters of Praia do Ouro or Praia da Califórnia. It is the perfect setting for long days of sunbathing, strolls along the pleasant seafront promenade or water sports. Without needing to use a car, you can also visit the historic Fortaleza de Santiago, right on the beach, or climb up to the imposing Castelo de Sesimbra (of Moorish origin) to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the ocean.
In addition to being an excellent seaside retreat, this address is a fantastic strategic base for exploring the great natural and urban treasures of the region. On a short and scenic car journey, you can immerse yourself in the untouched beauty of the Arrábida Natural Park, famous for its lush trails and crystal-clear beaches (such as the award-winning Praia de Galapinhos). You can also head west to be amazed by the dramatic cliffs of Cabo Espichel. For lovers of gastronomy and wine tourism, the picturesque village of Azeitão (famous for its cheese, pastries and wine cellars) is just a few minutes away. And if you fancy an urban getaway, the stunning city of Lisbon is just about 40 minutes away, making it very easy to plan a day trip to the capital!
The property is located in Sesimbra, a charming fishing village on the Costa Azul, south of Lisbon.
By bus, Transportes Sul do Tejo (TST) provides regular connections between Sesimbra and Setúbal, Almada and the Cacilhas Bus Terminal. From Cacilhas, you can take the ferry to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) in just 10 minutes, making the trip to the capital simple and enjoyable.
By car, Lisbon is approximately 40 to 50 minutes away via the A2 and A33, making this the most practical way to explore the region. Parking is available near the property.
Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon) is approximately 50 to 60 minutes by car. Taxis and services such as Uber and Bolt are available in the area, especially for transfers to and from the airport.
This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). Please note that in-person check-in is also available upon request, with an extra cost associated.
We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property; smoking is only permitted on the balcony. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated inside (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
