You'll have a beach kit - towels, beach mattress, binoculars - as you can see in the photo.

The kitchen has refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and washing machine. There is a Garden. The kitchenette has the equipments that you need to prepare all your meals. Then, being so close to sea, all you need is to relax and enjoy ... or in the balcony, or outside.
