A Beautiful Family Getaway

Great View!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic. Our teenagers enjoyed the loft area and hot tub. There was more than enough room for our group. The surfaces were all clean, but a deep cleaning was overdue. Some updates are needed
but nothing that ruined our stay. We did contact the property management group to ask them to bring us a ball for the foosball table. We booked based on the amenities, gaming being one of them. They were not helpful at all and did resolve the issue, so we could not use the table our entire stay but rather kept telling us to look for it. No Wi-fi, but that didn’t bother us. Direct TV is very basic package, so if we stayed again I would bring DVDs.

Amazing little cabin

Our family took a quick three day trip and stayed in this cabin. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for our family. Seriously, you could hear the audible gasp from each of us as we walked in lol. When we arrived it was very clean including fresh linens throughout the house. The property management company was in communication up to the day of checkin. The checkin process was easy and all virtual which made it easier for us since we arrived in the area early and were our sight-seeing. The location is breathtaking. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the su rise and sunset over the mountains. The teens (and adults) loved the pool table! The location was great to allow us to do touristy things during the day. I greatly appreciated the washer-dryer for towels and swim suits. It was fun watching the wildlife from the balcony. Checkout was also super easy. I would absolutely love here if I could. We will definitely be visiting again!!

A good stay was had by all!

The views are amazing! The property is nice. Spacious for our family of 6. The boys enjoyed the pool table & foosball as well as the hot tub. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was fairly clean overall but could use new beds, some maintenance on the balcony rails (beware!) and general DEEP clean of rugs, floors & fixtures. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Property manager was extremely attentive & responsive when we needed some extras & we would definitely stay again!!

Needs updated

2 of the 3 cues were broken. They used wifflle golf ball for fuze ball table. A lot of stuff in the cabin to use but looks like stuff people have left over time. The railings outside needs major attention. Especially the top balcony with the hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub you feel like your going over the front. You can see how much it slopes by water level. We did enjoy our trip. Just time for some tlc with the cabin.

Extreme caution renting this cabin

Its a beautiful cabin and it was very clean, but the railing on the middle deck outside it’s life threatening. It is rotted out w screws to hold it in place. It didn’t even connect to the top or bottom rail’s. If u have small children don’t risk falling 3 stories onto the Clift. The ceiling fan is u safe it’s warped and is so loose I thought it was going to fall or sling the blades. The deck had 3 tables laid where the rotting wood is so you don’t go to it. No warning signs or caution tape at all. This cabin should not be up for rent. Oh and there is NO WIFI AT ALL! That really sucks having teens wanting to play play station at night after a night on the town. The porch could kill someone and I’m not playing.

Wonderful Getaway Location

Location is great with easy access to anything in the area. Cabin was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Only negatives were the mattresses seemed old and somewhat uncomfortable and the light in the upstairs bath in the shower didn't work. Overall very happy with our stay. I would recommend a little more detail in cleaning. Cob webs in the lower level bath and bedroom would make great Halloween decorations :)

Amazing location

We’ve stayed at this cabin 2x in the past month. The location and views are the best part of staying here. The only downfall is the mattress in all the rooms are way overdue for update.

A Walk in the Clouds

Beautiful views, and a lovely cabin. A Walk in the Clouds fit our family and friends needs. Ample space with great entertainment. The only change I would make would be to upgrade the tube TVs to flat screens. Every bedroom should have cable or satellite television to watch.

Beautiful cabin on the mountain.

We arrived at 4:20 PM and there were two workers still at the house which they told us they work for the owner and not for the rental company then said that they could take as long as they wanted because they only answer to the owner. One of the works only had guts to say this to my wife while being rude and not me. So our start didn’t start off to good.

DESLATTE FAMILY VACAY

LOVED THE CABIN! ONLY NEGATIVE THING, AND REALLY NOT THAT NEGATIVE WAS THE TV CHANNELS DID NOT HAVE THAT MANY CHANNELS ESPECIALLY TO WATCH THE NFL GAMES, NO WIFI AND MAKE SURE YOU BRING EXTRA GARBAGE BAGS AND TOLIET PAPER. DEFF TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FAMILY NIGHTS ON THE PORCH WITH SOME GLASS OF WINE OR EVEN SOME MOON SHINE THE FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! Only thing that bothered us the most is it's not very quiet, there must have been two cabins between us that had young college kids in it on spring break who partied late up into the morning hours and it was very disturbing, loud and honestly obnoxious...other than that we enjoyed the cabin.

Fall Break Family vacation 2016

Cabin was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of activities for everyone of all ages to participate in. We had turkeys cross the street right in front of cabin.
