We’ve stayed here before, it’s an average motel. When we arrived the toilet leaked but was repaired promptly. The maid service gave us towels but didnt empty the trash cans. The breakfast buffet was good and the price to stay was reasonable.

It was a nice hotel. Very nice staff and very nice rooms. I will say, most of the night there was a lot of doors slamming which kept waking us up. There didn’t seem to be “quiet hours”. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable. It was a nice pool as well. Just the right size and depth.

Be aware of extra charge without notice

Charged us extra $20 for each room without a reason and without noticing. We were not aware of the charge until after we checked out and left the area. We booked seven rooms at this hotel for our golf outing.

I liked that it was closed to Road America race track but the hotel smelled terrible and the staff was not there when we were trying to checked in at 1:45am they saw us coming and they decided to leave the property for some reason and we had to wait 30 minutes for her to come back after driving 5 hours from home and we kept calling the assistant number / hotel number and nobody came and help till last minute (06/22/25 check the cams)

The room was alright but the hotel feels more like a motel. They also do not have an elevator, and I travel with big gear bags so that was fun dragging them up the stairs. And no gym.
