"I stayed at the hotel for a week, from Monday to Sunday, and everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out. The reception was well staffed, with personnel readily guiding the hotel guests. On my way to the room I was offered help with my luggages, and during the check-out I was prompted if I'd want to leave my luggage for the storage. In general the personnel was very willing to help, without me having to separately ask for the help. The room was very spacious with generous amount of hygiene amenities, such as toothbrush, razor, hair tonics etc. I had the breakfast just one morning during my stay, but the price and quality of the buffet match each other very well, with variet breakfast buffet with culturally different dishes. Generally the hotel has what looked to me like high quality Cafes and restaurants, but unfortunately this time I did not have time to visit them. The hotel is also very well located, with most major places like Umeda just few metro stations away, and the airport train line is just one metro station away in Namba. Otherwise places like Dotonbori is just walking distance away. "

"Hyvä sijainti julkisia silmälläpitäen. Täysin koneellistettu check-in ja check-out eli kaikki kommunikaatio tapahtui automaatin kanssa. Aamiainen oli ok, vaikkakin näin pohjoismaalaisena jäi kaipaamaan leipää, juustoa, leikkeleitä yms. näitä ei ollut tarjolla. Aamiaisjärjestelyt olivat poikkeukselliset, jaettiin aamiaislappuja, jolla pääsi sisään. Sitten laitettiin jonottamaan ensimmäiseen pisteeseen ( lämmin ruoka ) ennenkuin pääsi muihin pisteisiin. Lämmin ruoka ehti jo viileätä ennen kuin pääsi pöytään ja jokaiseen pisteeseen piti jonottaa. Lämmin ruoka annosteltiin myös aika pieninä annoksina, niin sitten sai jonottaa lisää, kun kävi santsaamassa."

Room was small, but with large tv and large & comfortable bed, with amenities such as toothbrush and paste readily available. The location is good, with maybe10 - minutes walk away from the Namba and Dotonbori. The hotel is very large, with over 20 - floors, yet the spaces was kept clean, and the welcome lobby was impressive looking. Also the hotel was quiet for such a large size hotel. I had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food was also very good, and the restaurant area was kept in very "polished" condition. "
