Amazing location! Room was good, lots of amenities in the hotel to take advantage of. Service was good. Loved the stay at this place, especially on the deal we got. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife and entertainment district in Osaka.

In the heart of Namba. Never stayed at an APA hotel and resort before. There are 6 of these hotels in Osaka alone. A large hotel with hundreds guests. Elevator constantly stopping on different floors so takes a while to get to your hotel room. The laundry was in constant use and we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, however this seemed busy too. Hotel had a large line for holding luggage prior to checking however the process was simple and effective. Scan the QR code, fill in your details and leave the luggage with staff. You then collect your luggage from the lobby at check in (it is not in your room). The room, on the small side, but had everything you need.

Fantastic view of city with roof top pool/jacuzzi. Great dining options within hotel. Having a 7Eleven was very convenient as well. Would highly recommend this property. Great breakfast brunch with numerous tasty options.

I mistakenly book a one bed full size room . When i asked if i get a two bed would the room be a little bigger the Attendant said yes before i pay the extra fee for two bed. Unfortunately, the room was the same size the bed were just separated. Disappointed

Pay the extra for a room with a view :)

Beautiful rooftop views. Walking distance to attractions. Clean rooms. Good amount of pillows. I definitely recommend booking a room WITH a view because if you book a “no view room” you will most likely have no natural light and you window is facing inside the building. Under bed storage!

The facilities themselves were of good quality and availability. The owner of the hotel is a historical revisionist far-right conspiracy theorist, though, so I did not feel comfortable supporting this business. There is misinformation propaganda in the rooms in the form of books and magazines. If I had known the owner was of this problematic nature, I would not have booked my stay at any APA Group hotel.
