The room was quite small for the price that we paid. The 2 'double' beds were very narrow. We input 2 adults and 2 children, and some of the pictures showed us an interconnecting room, which is what we expected. When we got to the room, we were surprised that it was only one room for 4 people with very narrow beds. The breakfast was good. The location was super convenient for malls, transports, foods. Very safe. Just very disappointed with the bed and room size for the price we paid for.

Great location and professional staff, but the “king bed” was two single beds Centara Grand Hotel Osaka is a very good hotel with an excellent location. The reception team was professional and helpful. When I first checked in, the room I was given was slightly smaller than what I expected based on the listing. I informed the front desk, and they changed the room immediately, which I really appreciated. The hotel feels new, well maintained, and the overall service was very good. I would also like to thank Risky from the concierge team for his kind assistance. My only drawback is that the “king-size bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, which was not very comfortable. Would still recommend it for the location, service, and overall quality.
