The rooms were clean. Garbage cans in the room were a little small, but adequate. Rooms are cleaned and/or towels replaced on request via a magnetic sign you place on the front of your door. The hotel is well situated near a couple of train stations as well as convenience stores, a market and even a McDonald's. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel service quality goes down when full, Expedia increased a lot their cost per room without breakfast or any additional benefit. Room was not properly cleaned the second time I stayed on my way back to China. Staff kept their good service and friendliness.

OK for the price but wouldn't stay again.

The room was tidy but really there was not a lot to tidy. A bed pushed against a wall, a very small table, 2 chairs, a tv only in Japanese. The bathroom was good and it had a separate toilet. The air con was efficient. A small balcony did not look over much and 23 floor up afforded some vertigo. Best thing about the hotel was the free coffee, orange juice and soft drinks available 7 till 22.00. A bit out of town but near a subway station.
