Apartment house Gaj complex of two apartment houses, is in a very sunny position 50 mdistant from the beach.Thecomplex includes a nice café in the shadow of pine treeswith play facilities for children and a beautiful sea view. Apartment Gaj 4 is in the 3 storey of house two, and has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful balcony with sea view.The street in front has a dead end and is only used by residents so there is barely traffic between the apartments and the beach. From the location, you can explore various cozy cafes of the neighborhood and take a walk along the waterfront, with stunning views reaching the small island of Krapanj. A couple of grocery shops and markets are also just a few minutes away to walk and so are several pizzerias and high-quality restaurants to enjoy local fish dishes. Shopping lovers will find their destination at just a short 5-minutes-drive from the apartment, where they can enjoy the big shopping center - Dalmare, with a cinema, supermarket, and many shops and fast-food restaurants. For those looking forward to exploring different beaches, the rocky coast and the sandy beach of Zaboric, make an ideal alternative that you can reach in a few minutes. Meanwhile, water sports like surfing and the Aquapark in the Amadria hotels complex and around, are perfect for those with children, and arealso a 5 minutes-drive from the apartment. The center of the historical city of Šibenik is 8 km away. The closest international airport is in Split, approximately a 50 minutes-drive away.
