Apartment house Gaj complex of two apartment houses, is in a very sunny position 50 m distant from the beach. The complex including a nice café in the shadow of pine trees with play facilities for children and beautiful sea view. Apartment Gaj 5 is on the third floor of the second apartment house, has 50 m2 and has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful balcony with see view. The barhroom is private, but outside of the apartment and has a separate entrance.
The street in front has a dead and is only used by residents so there is barely traffic between the apartments and the beach. From the location, you can explore various cozy cafes of the neighborhood and take a walk along the waterfront, with stunning views reaching the small island of Krapanj. A couple of grocery shops and markets are also just few minutes away to walk and so are several pizzerias and high-quality restaurants to enjoy local fish dishes. Shopping lovers will find their destination at just a short 5-minutes-drive from the apartment, where they can enjoy the big shopping center - Dalmare, with a cinema, supermarket, and many shops and fast-food restaurants. Brodarica is a residential settlement on the outskirts of the small town Šibenik. Along the whole settlement there is a semi urban beach of different types, form terraces to sand and pebble. Many famous natural beaches are in the area, as well as constructed beaches in a hotel complex nearby. A very small island Krapanj is to reach by boat in the very neighborhood. The historical town Šibenik is known for his fortresses and an interesting center, is 8 km. away.
