Would not book again

The staff were rude and the pool was closed half the time we were there. We never received room service cleaning. The only thing great was the breakfast options and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel itself was excellent. Clean and modern. Everything worked, lots of parking. Staff was excellent and accomodating. The area itself around the hotel....let's just say there isn't a lot to do in Sidney in January. No shopping to speak of, nowhere really to visit, no movie theatre, no local sports teams to go watch. Luckily, the hotel's internet works great, so streaming Netflix working fine.

Everything was great here. My room was clean and everything worked. Nothing looked dated or worn out. Plenty of parking, and sidewalks were clear of snow with icy patches sanded. Staff were all efficient and friendly. No complaints at all. Will stay here again if I find myself coming through Sidney again.
