Communication was very good and helpful. Location was good. Unit was overall very clean. Mattress was unlevel which negatively impacted our sleep during the stay. Would have rated a 4-star otherwise.

Very clean and nicely decorated. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and Cresent Beach. It had a very beachy look that we really liked.

Great cute place

Place is great. I have stayed here more then once. Close to the bars and the beach. I had a problem with the toilet but it was fixed asap and the man was nice. Only complaint is the bed is getting way to soft. I do suggest a mattress that blows up so people can set their firmness. I tend to rent from those people to ensure a good night sleep. Just a suggestion for future. Also I love the beach, but the last time I was here I mentioned the wagon needs major updating. It still hasn't been replaced and well I took one look at the rusted wagon and decided, yeah forget it!.. I really love this place. Its so clean and nice. If those two things can be maybe be worked on itnwouod be perfect. I would love to stay again and again.really great place for reasonable price.

Week away on crystal beach

This property was exactly as described. Very easy process to check-in and out. We had a malfunctioning coffee maker one morning and the management responded quickly. We had a new coffee maker very quickly. Location is great- trolley stop, restaurants and beach all very close. Condo contained all of your beach needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect!

Excellent in every way, with one important exception. Cleanliness, comfort and location was excellent, but when we arrived late the first day, we emailed the next day with a few details that should have been taken care of asap and were not -- we needed TV remote batteries and the privacy blinds in the front room did not close).

Love it here!

I absolutely loved my stay in this cozy rental. It was clean, had the most comfortable bed. Light up palm trees in the living room that I absolutely loved and left on at night. It even had a great pineapple night light in the bedroom, which I used as well. Being alone can sometimes be scary. The unit had it all to a coffee maker, pots, pans etc. It was close to all the bars and stores and a short walk to the beach. The unit had a wagon,cooler,chairs, umbrella and some noodles for the water and many other things. It was a huge convenience, however the wagon is gonna need updating soon. Without that wagon it would of been hard for me to get all of it to the water. It was close to all fun bars in the area. The tiki has karaoke on tues/thur nights. 7-11 is down the road so no worries on the little things you run out of. And a great gift shop within walking distance that has everything you might need. My slider out to the Linai wasn’t locking one night and with a quick call the owners had someone there to fix it. They were wonderful!!I absolutely loved my stay there and would be back again.

OUTSTANDING!!!

We have vacationed a lot in Florida, this was by far the best "bang for your buck" accommodations we have ever had! You will not be disappointed, very nice location, 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from 7/11, Captain Curt's restaurant/bar/ lounge only 3 blocks. You will not find cleaner and more beautiful beaches any where!!!!

Perfect beach home

Great location & cleanliness!!

We had a wonderful stay!! Kitchen was stocked abundantly with every type of utensils/supplies we possibly could’ve needed. Unit was clean and only a short distance from the Crescent St grocery, many restaurants, a 7/11, shops, etc. Also nice that the free trolley ran by often in case we needed a ride into the village. Only issue was 1 of the blinds on the window by the kitchen table was missing, allowing any passerby’s to see directly into the unit which was a bit uncomfortable and didn’t allow much privacy from neighbors. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Siesta Key.

The only thing I had a problem with was the steps up to the apartment. I think it said it was a ground floor apartment. Trouble with my handicap scooter. Had to keep it outside. Everything else was very nice.
