Perfect views of the ocean. Wish there was a washer and dryer in the actual unit instead of having to walk to the front of the property but we weren't there long enough to care than much. Elevator broke on our 3rd day there and we were on the 5th floor but was fixed by the end of the day so that was helpful.

10th Anniversary Get Away

We loved this Condo on Siesta Key and loved Siesta Key. We will be staying here again. It was the perfect location for us. It was perfectly decorated and the bed and furniture were very comfortable considering it is a rental. The view of the ocean and beach having breakfast in the morning was so relaxing. The sunsets were beautiful but my favorite was the soft, sugar sand. I can't wait to return.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The view from the front room facing the beach is second to none. The place felt like home. It was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Great location for access to the Village and to Crescent Beach. Can’t wait to return!

Great Vacation - Siesta Beach Front

The condo we stayed in was facing the ocean...great view, super clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for any vacationer, totally worth the price and the village about half a mile away; restaurants, shops, and Bars.

Tremendous accomodations and exceptionall well run resort

This is our second visit to Island House and we were not disappointed. We knew exactly what to expect and stayed in the same unit - very nicely updated. Management of the resort is top notch and use of technology is cutting edge. Landscaping and facilities maintained very well despite the age of the property. WIFI available at pool and common areas in addition to inside the unit. Can't wait to return!

Spotless and great view

The condo was spotless. The view was amazing and the beach really beautiful. The people in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. Our coffee pot wasn't working and they had a new one in our condo within a couple of hours. The furnishings in the cond were very nice. My only complaint is that the bed linens were old and worn. Overall we had a great time and loved the condo. Would go again to the same condo complex but may bring my own sheets. They also have plenty of beach chairs available. Thank you!!

Outstanding! Cannot wait to return!

We had not been to Siesta Key in 22+ years but were frequent visitors prior to that time. We were pleased that nothing had changed! While the complex is older, this particular unit was completely redecorated and upgraded - completely satisfied. Additionally, the pool area (just a short walk from the unit) has also been renovated/upgraded as have the walkways within the complex. The staff was exceptionally nice and laid back - we had a marvelous time. There is a washer and dryer on each floor (although you need to search - we didn't find them until the third day) and the 2 units on each floor share the machines - absolutely no problem. Beach area was great too. Absolutely no complaints - enthusiastically recommend this unit (unless you plan to rent during the time we want to return ...).
