Get your second wind at A Second Wind! Roomy, quiet and comfortable third-floor condo at beautiful Island Reef. Beach-to-bay complex on the peaceful side of Siesta Key with a pool view. Our private Gulf beach, pools and bay are not crowded at all. Two heated pools, tennis courts, pickleball and sauna. The private beach is just a five-minute walk across two-lane Midnight Pass Road with a crosswalk light. Boat dock and kayak put-in on bay side. Mature community and a calm, quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to relax in peace! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a spacious walk-in closet, flat screen TV and computer workstation with monitor and powerful wifi -- work from the pool! The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a wall-to-wall closet and a flat screen TV. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the utility room. Beach cabana, towels and chairs provided. Dedicated covered parking spot near the entrance. Walk to Ophelia's or Turtles Restaurant. Free public trolley to Siesta Key Village and its quaint shops and great restaurants. Sarasota's awesome museums & restaurants as well as upscale shopping at St. Armands are just a few miles away. Oh, and the sunsets are breathtaking! NOTE: Because of demand and HOA limitations, there is a 3-month minimum for high season (Jan-March).

Siesta Key Paradise

Great property. Ed was awesome to work with. Just as advertised. All questions were answered. I am a rental property manager from a resort in NH. So I know when it’s being done well. If you like quiet. Friendly and awesome this is a great place. We took the cart and chairs to the beach each day, only a few minutes, pool is right there. 5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent accommodation on Bay side Island Reef

This was our fourth time renting at Island Reef and our favorite of the four. Everything in the unit functioned well. It was nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture. It was quiet bent on the third floor. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. If you want to be on the bay side at Island Reef I highly recommend this unit.
