Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated living space, complete with a coastal seating area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Step onto the private balcony furnished with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and enjoying drinks with loved ones. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds and easy access to the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. Plus, guests have the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Our House at the Beach is located directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach, home to mesmerizing white sands and unforgettable Florida sunsets. This complex is set around a scenic lake and features a private community pool, a covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area, and two tennis courts for guests to enjoy.

There is a foul odor in the condo that come from the vent in the hall bathroom. Every surface was sticky and dirty. Tge floors were dirty. The tub in the primary bathroom had to be snaked due to water back up. The ceiling in the dining room was leaking. The shower curtain in the primary bathroom was filthy … I went out and bought a replacement. The towels were stained and dingy. Good thing I brought my own. The kitchen cabinet had a bottled of apple cider vinegar that turned green. The location was great, but the condo was awful. I spent my first day cleaning and preparing for family to arrive. When I complained I was told they only deep clean the condo twice a year. Teresa was rude and upset that I complained sighting the condo was inspected prior to my arrival and was signed off on. She offered to reimburse the cleaning fee. I earned the cleaning fee… I cleaned the condo. Please see the photos below.
The arms and furniture were very dirty. This is the arm of the chair. The whole thing was filthy. Throw pillows were dirty. Everything was dirty stained and smelly.

Great location, very clean!

We had an amazing stay. It was clean, well stocked with extra towels, blankets and everything to make your stay very comfortable. The pool area is very big with a covered area with a grill. The property is right across the street from the public beach access which was also very nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Don’t call on her day off

The place was clean and located directly across from the public beach. I called the oncall number when I arrived at the property around 4p. The property manager was clearly upset that I called during her day off. She made a comment that about me calling her during her time off and questioned why I did not think to call her earlier when I never received the email explaining the arrival instructions. This conversation made my wife and daughter uncomfortable, but luckily there was a cleaning lady onsite that retrieved the keys to our rental. If you plan on renting an electric golf cart make sure you check in before signing the agreement. I had to switch to a gas cart because there were no outlets available to charge the cart and this cost me $200 to change carts.
