We had a great time. The condo is in a great location. Directly across from the beach, just down the road from the Village shopping area, close to the grocery stores. Bonus that we were able to be directly across from where they do the 4th of July fireworks. We didn't have to do anything but walk across the street with our chairs. The beach closet with chairs and wagon were amazing! the condo had a cooler and beach towels that were great quality. The kitchen was well stocked and even had things like trash bags, ziplocks, aluminum foil etc. I assume this was from previous guests but it was convenient just the same. Washer and dryer faciltie on our floor was good as well. You can use a card or change and they worked well. Just get liquid detergent as it doesn't take pods. The facility site person Heather, was amazing and very responsive/helpful with questions. The only thing I can say as far as a negative was that it didn't feel very clean in the condos. This is somewhat common at beach condos due to sand and such, but it could use a deep cleaning. We felt it was mostly the linens and bedding. We tried to use the pullout sofa, but it was layered with dirt and sand. My daughter chose to sleep on the other couch instead.
