Se on 4/5 makuuhuone, 4 kylpy koti, joka voi nukkua 8 tai enemmän. Siinä on ulosvedettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Se on uusi moderni keittiö ja hiljattain kunnostettu perhehuone ja makuuhuoneet. Se on 2 Lanai, kaunis maisemointi, uusi kaasugrilli ja monia muita mukavuuksia. Ilmainen WiFi koko kodissa, ulkosuihku kuumalla vedellä, iso pysyvä generaattori. Koti on lähellä monia paikallisia nähtävyyksiä, kuten kansallispuisto (7 minuutin ajomatka), valtava kunnallinen ranta (7 minuutin kävelymatka) ravintoloita, kauppoja, aktiviteetteja (tennis, lentopallo, ruoanlaitto jne.)

Astros weekend

Property was perfect for the four couples, and was centrally located to attractions and restaurants that we enjoyed. We had one little glitch with the tv but the owner jumped on that immediately and had a service person there who corrected the problem. The lanai was nice to sit and visit especially since we had perfect weather. We hope to return next year for the Astros spring training so would love to have the house again.

Lots of rooms

We rented this clean, well maintained property to host an event at the nearby Sailfish Marina, and it suited our needs very well. Plenty of beds to accommodate everybody, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was a great location for our event. We would definitely rent this property again.

What a Beautiful Home!!

I have stayed at This Home so many times over the last 10 years, I have lost count!It is literally like a second home to me.I LOVE the location!Zenon, the owner, and Virginia, the manager, are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so responsive to any questions or concerns.The home is immaculate, well kept, convenient to every attraction around- like the beach, shopping and golf and the neighborhood is very safe.I feel like it is a real treasure and I am so lucky that I found it!!!

Best house on Singer Island

5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus outdoor shower. It’s only 1 block from the beach. Wonderful screened in lanai with comfortable seating plus dining. This was our third time in the house and it has everything we need. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Garage space to store bikes. Property owner and manager are both very responsive to anything we needed. Definitely a 5 star.

Wonderland revisited

Our second stay in this immaculately maintained and comfy home with plenty of space for 8 adults family to stay plus 3 local family members to gather each day. A four-bath home is not easy to find. Everything works and help is a phone call away. We have never needed to call. The owner is responsive and has thought of everything to make a family gathering flow effortlessly. Great beach a block away. We're grateful and plan to return. Our thanks to a thoughtful owner.

Perfect location, comfy!

The house is comfortable. Typical older Florida design by which I mean not updated. Bathrooms were small, interior is dark, but overall it is exactly as described, and it was very clean. Worked perfectly for us (three couples). It’s big enough to spread out. We would stay there again.

Amazing vacation

We had such a great vacation. The house was perfect and even better than described. It was a very short walk to the beach which is huge when you have little kids. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. There was tons of useful great amenities and it's very close to good food options. This was a beautiful well setup vacation spot. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Truly a Home Away!!

Zenon and his property manager,Virginia, keep this home in IMMACULATE condition! This year saw new carpet in the bedrooms and fresh paint outside. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you need to cook as if you’re at home. The living space is so comfortable and clean. I love this home as if it’s my own!!!

Spacious and Clean

We came to Singer Island for our daughter’s wedding. We needed a place that would accommodate a few families and Zenon’s property was MORE than accommodating! It was clean, well stocked and very spacious! Virginia, the property manager, was so sweet and such a wonderful hostess, making sure we were comfortable and safe after a nasty storm had gone through. We had such a wonderful time and this property was a perfect 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We would love to visit the island again and stay at Zenon’s property!

5 Bedroom - Close to the beach!

We stay for a full month and have family/friends come visit. The house has everything you need. All the beds/bedding were very comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms is a plus! We bbq’d and cooked in many nights and the kitchen has everything you need. We like Cod and Capers and Doris Market, Fabulous month in Florida!

Like being home but in Paradise

Zenon’s large, spacious rental home is wonderful in every way. We loved the screened in veranda, we were able to grill and cook in the incredibly well-appointed kitchen, we took advantage of all the outdoor sports, paths and restaurants within walking distance, and the four full baths were a blessing for our full house of adults. We had 6 adults, but you could definitely sleep 10 comfortably - 4 couples and 2 singles. We recommend highly!

Perfect month on Singer Island

The house and property were absolutely perfect as described. We had every item needed for the kitchen and the house. Plenty of room and look forward to doing it again soon. This property has a great location.
