Weiterhin gibt es eine geräumige Küche, Essbereich sowie 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Das öffentliche Kinderspielplatz kann direkt von der Terrasse beim Kaffee trinken beobachtet werden.

Komplett eingerichtete stilvolle Einbauküche mit Geräten lädt Sie zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles da: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, etc. Die Böden der Wohnung sind mit wunderschönem Edel-Laminat ausgestattet.
