I had specified that I wanted the room with the hot tub! I had kidney stone surgery two weeks ago and had the stent removed on Friday . I wanted to soak in a warm tub without having issues about getting up from a regular tub ! Instead the reservation showed only for a king size room ! The room was very dusty and the bed was as hard as if I was sleeping on the floor ! Needless to say , I wasn’t a very happy camper ! If it wasn’t for the fact that I had to be at a project ten miles away for Monday morning, I would never have taken the substitute room !

Hotel smelled on entering. Room smelled like smoke. Rugs, chairs stained, sheets and mattress stained. Second room just as bad. We left.

This is a fairly new motel and is tucked away at the end of the street in a commercial area. The beds were comfortable & noise was not an issue. Some upkeep is needed already. The elevator had a tiled floor and one had been broken with a hole exposing sharp edges. The heating/cooling unit wasn't moving much air so I took a look at the filters & found they were thick with dust (as was the ledge on top of the bed headboard). I cleaned the filters (similar to what you find in a clothes dryer) & all was fine. We had a long day and slept in but awoke in time to hit the breakfast area. However, the waffle batter was empty and much of the other offerings were consumed. No attendant until right at "closing time" for the breakfast area. I did manage to have a bowl of cereal & a banana.

Not good. Our room was filthy. Dust, dirt and stains everywhere including the sheets. Unfortunately we were in town for Notre Dame football and had no where else to go. For the amount of money they increase these rooms to on game days this was definitely not worth it.

Unfortunately, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Gave me a headache. I was very tired so I did sleep. Shower faucet detached from wall and water damage above in shower roof.
