Property does not assign a specific portion of rooms to keep pets in and so those that are allergic has no options to stay in a room that has had pets previously. They ONLY@ offer coffee for a few hours in the morning . They offer nothing else to drink except the soda machine. So if it's been a long day with your child and you want something warm for both of you....too bad. They do not have herbal tea or any tea for that matter and no hot chocolate or anything for someone looking for a warm drink for the non coffee drinker. Won't do that again.

I cancelled my reservation immediately but never received any money returned to my account. We were coming to visit a very sick patient but He took a turn for the worse & we were not allowed to visit. I am very disappointed in Red Roof Inn & Expedia having the nerve to send me this & not know I was never there. How SAD!

The staff were not very helpful. I have stayed here before, a few months ago, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. This time, all of the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, though the room smelled fine. We were in town for a funeral and went we were leaving the door would not latch. There was nice maid in the hallway who offered to stay there until maintenance arrived. At the front desk, their response was simply we will let maintenance know. A locking door is a minimum expectation when you leave a hotel room. I said the maid said the maintenance guy was on the property. Front desk response, well he not here right now but I will have him look at it.
