Welcome to Casa Laguna! Fantastic vacation home near the beach in beautiful South Haven. New construction home in private community with clubhouse, marina, and heated pool. Multiple beaches are a 10 minute walk away as well as downtown shopping & restaurants. Spacious home sleeps 10 comfortably so bring the family! Great for summer vacations or weekend get-a-ways any time of year. The new pool, hot tub & pool house is exclusively for Harbor Club owners & their guests!

Casa Laguna is a 2127 sq. ft home with 4 bds & 2.5 baths in a private community just north of the marina. Breezy, beach decor compliments the quality furnishings and relaxed vibe. Escape to your master suite, or spread out in the other 3 bedrooms. The fully outfitted kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, coffee pot and full size stove & fridge. All guests must take a photo of the HOA pool key on it's hook and send it to owner as part of the checkout process.
Failure to send photo of pool key will result in replacement cost of $100.
Trash bins must be put out by 9am every Monday, and brought in by 9pm the same day
