Quiet and comfortable place within nature

I enjoyed the abundance of pine trees, the fresh cool air and warm sun, and the quietness of the place. The condo-like three room apartment was quite nice. I especially liked the countertop in the kitchen area. I also liked the mattress on the bed. It was very comfortable and I slept very well. I don’t watch a lot of TV but I appreciated that two TV sets. I aMy only real concerns were the cleaning service and the lack of things like dish soap, ceramic mugs and metal silverware. The kitchen only had plastic forks, knives, and spoons and plastic bowls and plates. Although I could request new towels, tissue and other such needs, they Cleaning Person only came by one to clean up they apartment. She offered to change the sheets on the bed, but I didn’t want them changed yet. I asked her when she would be back, and she said in two days, but she never came back and I never got fresh sheet and I ran out of towels, however, the front desk Was good enough to send up some fresh towels.

Required valet parking. No bar or restaurant on site. Other than small German Restaurant in walking distance only food options were 1-2 miles away. Hotel offered no shuttle service, no complimentary morning coffee. No option to store luggage or even use luggage trolleys. Pool was very small and always crowded.

Great spot!

Great trip to South Lake Tahoe. Space in our suite was excellent, and pleased with the range of facilities in the hotel, including many free games to play on the roof, a free pool table and free laundry too. Sadly the pool was under renovation while we visited, but we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, which was great. Valet parking was great, we never waited long for our car at all.
