The room we were in was way too hot even at 66 degrees , the flooring was bubbling up. The breakfast wasn’t the best the gravy was jellied instead of smooth and runny otherwise great stay!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and bright the facility was. Far better than I expected for such a reasonable rate. The staff at check in was not just friendly but made you feel like a welcome guest. I have not received as warm of a reception at even a five star hotel. If my work or leisure travels include a trip to the South Sioux City area in the future I will look for no other place to stay than this hotel.

We had a very nice stay. Nicely updated rooms and beds were comfy. The only downside was the limited continental breakfast. This is the first ‘breakfast included’ hotel that didn’t have yogurt. Other than that it was a great stay for a reasonable price.
