Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. This is home away from home.
