It was warm in cold weather, and the breakfast was a bonus. There is a step in the bathroom which needs vigilance. The bedroom sash window is badly cracked, though it is secured by plastic sheeting

Thank you for the review .Believe it or not the sash window glass has been specially ordered as it is opaque and has been fitted to-day Monday.!
