The space
34|Ocean is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located within a few minutes walk of some of the best St. Augustine Beach has to offer and a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Recently renovated, the home has brand new tile floors throughout, brand new bathrooms with luxurious walk-in showers, and the kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a convection oven.

Whether it's a long weekend away with the family, a romantic couple's weekend, or an extended beach stay, you'll love the the modern coastal feel of 34|Ocean and the convenience of a full kitchen, dining room, and laundry. The living room offers an inviting and comfortable setup for relaxing and watching a movie with the family.

Retreat to one of the two bedrooms after a day of fun in the city or a relaxing beach day. The master bedroom includes a King Bed with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a Queen Bed and access to a second bathroom.

Both bathrooms have been completely gutted and renovated to provide a high-end experience for your St. Augustine adventure.

Adjacent to the community pool (not heated), you’ll appreciate the proximity 34|Ocean offers to local hotspots: a 7-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to Starbucks or Salt Life Seafood Shack, and a 10-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine—you’ll fall in love with the convenience of 34|Ocean’s location!

Guests have access to the entire condo except for 2 locked owner's closets.
Other things to note
Please DO NOT bring extra people above the number of guests on the reservation without alerting us. There is an additional fee for all guests over 2. We do this to try to keep the price low for smaller parties (1 or 2 person stays) but scale up to 4 people for an additional fee, and we abide by the Don't Be A Jerk policy, so please just be honest with the number of people in your traveling party.

The ONLY downside to being near the beach is all the sand that gets EVERYWHERE. There is an outdoor shower area at the Pope Rd Beach Access that will make your stay cleaner and more enjoyable and our cleaners SUPER happy.

We'd ask that you take the opportunity to shower off before returning from the beach to the condo to protect our drains and make our cleaners' lives a little easier. Thanks for your help on this! :)

EARLY CHECK-IN: We try to accommodate early check-ins when possible for an additional $25. This fee will be billed separately and is to subsidize our cleaning and inspection teams preparing the property more quickly for your stay. Just message us if you would like to take advantage of the early check-in option.

34|Ocean at St Augustine Beach offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
