What an excellent property. Very central to downtown and everything you want to get to in St. Augustine. The owners and support staff were very communicative and extremely helpful! We accidentally delivered a package to the home after we left and they were able to assist us very quickly and were very prompt with responding to us during Christmas time. The house was as described and more!!

What a fabulous stay we had at this lovely home. Everything was very close to this location. The home was so comfy and offered everything that was needed and then some. Very communicative owners. Everything, every detail was beautiful. A well decorated and furnished home. Home is new, clean, and well laid out. Beds comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked, bath towels plush and furniture nice. The condo is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

We stayed with friends over a long weekend to enjoy the architecture and sights in Saint Augustine. It was a convenient, short drive to the historic part of the city as well as Anastasia Island. The property has many extras to make your stay enjoyable.No property is perfect, but this one was pretty close. We had only two minor issues.I am extremely allergic to cats. While everything was clean (and in good working order) there was a cat on this property previous to our visit or possibly someone from the cleaning crew had cat hair on their clothing. I had a slight allergic reaction that I only get from cats as I'm not allergic to anything else. It did not disrupt my stay.My wife and I slept in the bedroom closest to the back yard. The air conditioner unit - just outside and on the other side of the wall where the head board lies - is quite loud in that bedroom. It creates a droning sound. We should have just flipped the bed around or tried to create a buffer. Otherwise the house and neighborhood were quiet. The beds were comfortable. The other couple and their son, occupying the other two bedrooms, did not hear the air conditioning unit.The hosts and/or management company did a good job of communicating. In their defense, we did not report the cats or air conditioning. In the end, both issues were minor.We would stay here again. I would recommend this property to a fiend.

We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My family and I loved staying here. It was the cutest little VRBO. It was a good baby moon stay for me and my sister. This place had everything you could possibly think of, and had all of your essentials in case you forgot anything. This host had the cutest waffle bar. Unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of it, but such a cute and unique thought. Check in and check out was such a breeze, and the host were so sweet and very quick to communicate back with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having me and my family!

A Christmas to remeber

We loved the house and the decor. The kitchen was well supplied. The girls lived the waffle bar and called it an ice cream bar. Nice fenced in back yard-great for relaxing.

Comfortable and clean

Nice stay. Like, said above, very comfortable and clean. If you like to walk, can get to downtown without a car in 20 minutes. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
