Welcome to this spacious single-story St. Augustine home, thoughtfully set up for families and small groups looking for comfort, room to spread out, and fun shared spaces. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and space for up to 8 guests, the home offers an easy layout with multiple areas to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. Please note that while the home is single-story, there are a few interior level changes, including steps down to parts of the home such as one bedroom suite, the sitting room, and the game room.

The sleeping setup is ideal for a variety of group types. The primary bedroom features a California king bed, another bedroom offers a queen bed and its own full bathroom, and the third bedroom includes a full bed. There is also a full sleeper sofa in the sitting room for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a dresser, mirror, and nightstands, and the home includes blinds and curtains for privacy. Ceiling fans are available in every bedroom, as well as in the living room and sitting room, and there are TVs throughout the home, including in every bedroom.

The home’s three full bathrooms make it easy for groups to get ready comfortably. Two bathrooms include a tub and shower combination, while the third has a walk-in shower. Guests will have essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a hair dryer, and towels provided for the stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and air fryer. It is also stocked with plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, regular glasses, silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, a baking sheet, knives, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper, making it easy to handle anything from morning coffee to full group meals.

The indoor common areas are designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The living room includes a TV and an electric fireplace for a cozy atmosphere, and the home also has a dining table for shared meals. One of the standout features is the game room, where guests can enjoy a pool table that converts to ping-pong, along with Jenga and a dartboard. The washer and dryer are also located in this converted garage/game room area.

This is a single-story home, but it is not step-free. There are steps at the entrance and additional interior level changes throughout parts of the home, including steps down to one bedroom suite, the sitting room, and the game room, so guests with mobility concerns should keep that in mind. The home also has a locked owner/cleaning/linen closet that is not accessible to guests.

The property is equipped with a smart lock for self check-in, and there are 5 exterior, outward-facing security cameras, including a Ring camera, for added security. Please note that Wi-Fi details are still pending in the questionnaire, and all TVs are streaming-ready only, so guests should plan to use their own accounts.

There is no pool, hot tub, EV charger, or elevator, and pets are not allowed. Parking is available on-site, including the driveway and side areas, but street parking is not recommended. Guests should also place trash in the provided outdoor trash cans.
