Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, Anastasia #112 is the perfect choice for your St. Augustine vacation! Be among the first to enjoy this 1200-square foot newly-renovated two-bedroom/two-bath property just steps from the private gated walkover to gorgeous views of the Atlantic and the white sands of St. Augustine Beach. This condo comfortably sleeps five and is brand new throughout from its flooring and appliances to its linens and furniture.

The master suite includes a king size bed with private en-suite bathroom with shower and granite countertops with two sinks, plus a generous walk-in closet and access to the private screened lanai. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and twin bunk beds with under-bed storage and a walk-in closet.

With supermarkets close by, the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a new side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and dishwasher, and generous granite counter prep and serving space that includes breakfast bar. From microwave and side-by-side coffee maker, to non-stick cookware, utensils, and dishes, nothing has been overlooked. The dining set seats six and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal or a game in the evening.

Flat screen TVs are featured in both bedrooms and the living room and include Xfinity’s Preferred Package of 200 channels, plus high-speed internet. A new washer and dryer is included in the unit adjacent to the second full bath featuring a shower and granite countertops.

Anastasia Condominiums is a gated ocean front resort-style concrete block property that also includes a heated pool and tennis courts. A variety of restaurants are close by, as well as outdoor activities at Anastasia State Park. America’s Oldest City with its attractions, shopping and history just a 10-minute drive away.

Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find load of local restaurants, family activities, and ample things to do. All of the Anastasia Condo units are smoking free and not pet friendly.

Disappointed

Unit 112 itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. However, we were not aware there would be construction renovations on the building every day this week. In fact, this construction has been an ongoing thing for several months. Every day there was tile cutting and grinding outside the front door, and jackhammering on the floor above us. Additionally, there was renovation in one complete stairwell making it unusable and more hammering to remove stucco from the opposite end of the building, blocking a beach access. Renovations and repairs are necessary, however, we were not aware this would be happening nor the extent. We reached out to the hosts to request a discount and their response was a basic apology that the noise was affecting us, but we’ve yet to hear about any kind of discount or refund. We’ve stayed in this condominium complex with a group of family and friends for more than 30 years. This year, by far, was the worst experience, not because of the unit itself, but rather the ongoing noises, hammering, cloud of concrete dust by our unit door and dozens of construction workers on the property daily from 8:30 - 3:30/4:00. We hope to hear a response from the host/owners to at least be compensated for the inconvenience.

Wonderful vacation

This property was exactly as described. My family and I loved it and would stay here again. The only improvement I would suggest is having extra towels. The master bathroom didn't have enough towels for all of us. Other than that the property was great!

Dirty floors

There was dust on surfaces and the floors turned my feet black. Cleaning fee was not reduced or refunded even though the unit was dirty. Things that make me go huh. Also very little TP and no more was offered. Management seemed corporate and unavailable. Also keys didn't fit properly so we waited over 30 minutes till we finally figured out that pulling the key back out 1/4 inch allowed it to work A robotic experience. Never met a human.

Great beach getaway

Beautiful beach with plenty to do in the area - the unit is super clean, updated & has plenty of room for a condo. They do not leave you much in terms of tp, laundry detergent, trash bags etc. & expect you to start the clean up process while charging you for it as well, that to me is a turn off. I am not there to work, I'm there to relax.

I loved the decor. Very beautiful relaxing beach decor.

Good. The floors were not swept. The screen door fell off. We reported it but they never came by and fixed it. The condo was beautiful otherwise.
