Could not ask for a more friendly, accommodating staff. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last! The rooms we've had were beautiful, and we were amazed at how an inn of this age could have such nice, modern amenities. The mattresses and bed linens are like new and so comfortable... and the bathrooms spotless. Great WiFi and TV. Love the daily free drink (martini or other) and the complimentary breakfast is whatever you want, freshly made! Can't beat the location for easy walking to whatever you want to see or do. This inn is definitely our go-to place whenever we visit St Augustine. We're lucky to live within a few hours drive!

To start with, you had to literally kick the door open after you unlocked it. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. The check-in staff were super friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff just out clean linens balled up on the bed, we had to put them on ourselves, we were for 3 days 2 nights, they never took our garbage. They piled up all of the wet linens and placed them in a chair ON TOP OF MY CLEAN CLOTHES. So they were soaking wet. The entire place smelled like sewage. The bar staff and drinks were enjoyable. We will not be staying there again. We were highly disappointed especially for the price we paid.

Awesome Overnight Stay at Casablanca

The room was absolutely perfect. Cozy, but not cramped. Surprisingly quiet. And the bathroom and shower were really impressive! I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The food was great and so was the waterfront view!

We love this place! My husband and I have stayed here 2 years in a row for our anniversary. The convenience can’t be beat and the service and extras are great. Although it is older, it is very clean and has a lot of character.

The rooms were fantastic! They were large and had a lot of character and charm. Martini bar was a wonderful and beautiful place to relax and meet new friends. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. Highly recommend it, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to St Augustine.

I had a wonderful stay at Casablanca Inn. The staff was the highlight of the experience. The were all exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was supe convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
