Perfect spot for a getaway!

Newly renovated, beautiful tropical-themed beach cottage, just steps to the beach. At the back of the cottage there is a deck shaded by a canopy of large trees. Perfect for outdoor activities.

Miles of beaches to walk, run or just sit in place and enjoy. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops a short walk away. Or a five-minute drive will bring you into the heart of St. Augustine , a charming Old World town filled with historic sites, unique restaurants, museums and art galleries.

Our weather is typically subtropical year-round. However, if your stay should fall during inclement weather conditions, keep in mind that walking on the beach with high waves crashing along the shoreline and sea foam blowing in the wind can be quite exhilarating. Just pack accordingly!

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the beach was perfect. We spent a lot of time walking in the mornings and evenings on the beach! Our favorite part! The rental was very clean a well equiped. The bed was comforable and offered a good nights sleep. Scott commuticated immediately with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experiance. We highly recommend.

We loved this cottage, beautiful location and it worked perfectly for our group. Short walk to the beach in a nice quiet area near Vilano Beach, but still an easy drive to St. Augustine. We'd definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around! Perfect in every way

We came into town for a wedding and as residents of the gulf coast we would not have chosen this town for a vacation but we’ve now discovered a place and a cottage we would LOVE to return to. The cottage is absolutely perfect, you have everything you need to cook at home and it is literally steps to the beach. The deck is covered by a beautiful canopy of trees and is the most relaxing place to sit with coffee in the morning and a book in the afternoon. The owner was wonderful and attentive but gave us complete privacy during the whole trip. Pictures don’t do this cottage justice especially the deck area. The location is walking distance to Publix and restaurants. We had a wonderful time here, thank you!

Another Nice Visit

Coquina Cottage is awesome! Our second time here. Clean, close to beach, nice touches such as basket of basic food staples. Easy to walk via beach to town. Really love this place!

Hideaway On the Beach

The house, even though it is close to a great shopping and dining area, is tucked away behind a fence and surrounded by trees. It has a fantastic deck with live oak trees growing up through it and covering the whole thing. You could host a large party on the deck. The house is spacious with two nice size bedrooms and two full baths.

Sisters Getaway

Coquina house is a fully appointed, nicely located quaint beach cottage. Not directly on beach, but only steps from it. We took a beach wagon and it worked great- but hilly. Scott was amazingly helpful in supplying a piece of equipment and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Place was awesome! Will def book again!

2 week stay in Feb 2023 to escape winter in Midwest

Great location: just off Vilano beach (1 minute walk down short path), close to historic St. Augustine; cottage was clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the huge back deck. Host was great, easy to contact, and informative.
