We made reservations and when we got there we had to wait 35 minutes for one of the rooms. Staff was NOT friendly at all. Staff needs to show some kindness, smile. The room was clean and quiet, except for the air conditioner which was noisy in 223. Over all property was in good shape, staff needs some extra help and a course on how to be nice to the guests.
