Living space
An open layout connects the living and dining areas, framed by large picture windows with sweeping ocean views. Comfortable seating creates an inviting place to read, watch TV with standard cable, or gather together. Air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and Wifi help maintain comfort year-round, while a dedicated workspace provides a convenient place to focus.

Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates 6 guests across three bedrooms and four beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, balcony access, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, closet space, and a workspace. The third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and multiple desks, making it suitable for additional guests or work sessions. A second full bathroom with a bathtub adds convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, and the dining table provides a comfortable space to gather for meals, coffee, or planning the day ahead.

Outdoor living
The covered lanai offers uninterrupted ocean views and a steady coastal breeze. A private beach access path leads directly to Crescent Beach, placing you just steps from the shoreline. Guests can also enjoy the pool and tennis courts within the community, along with a patio or balcony for outdoor relaxation.

Amenities & convenience
Washer, dryer, free parking on premises - 2 spaces, elevator access, and self check-in with a keypad make your stay seamless. A private entrance adds ease and privacy, and beach essentials are available for time spent by the water.

Located in St. Augustine near the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo offers easy access to both beachfront relaxation and the historic charm of downtown.

Please note this is a no-pets property. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and a rental agreement along with a government-issued ID is required to complete your reservation. Families and responsible adults are welcome.
