DOWNTOWN COZY APARTMENT

AMAZING LOCATION! Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our bright and sunny second floor apartment with full kitchen. Full Size bed and sofa / bed.
Very short walk (100 Yards) to shops, restaurants, French bakery, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either Vilano beach or St. Anastasia State Park.
This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable full size bed. The bathroom is equipped for either a shower or a bath. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy coffee from the Keurig brewer in the kitchen. The kitchen is a very inviting and happy room that has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable.
The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of St. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large Victorian style homes to small, quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Castillo Fort, bay front and the rest of historic St. Augustine.

All amenities were as advertised and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and free parking was an unadvertised bonus. The only reason for one star off was the air had a musky smell in spite of the 2 window units running, and they were quite loud for sleeping.

Nice spot to stay if you're going to hang in St A for a dew days. Nice layout, perfect for two people. You can walk to everything. I left my spare car key there and the owner is going to mail it to me - nice touch.

Sweet guest house a short walk from downtown

The actual property is a separate structure behind the designated address. We had no difficulty finding the property with the directions provided by the owner. Although we were on the second floor, we had a private entrance, removed from the other locations. The actual living space was exactly as shown in the pictures provided. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained. The owner responded to our questions and inquiries in a timely manner. The property was an easy walk into Old St. Augustine, including the fort, Ripley's and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

It is a cute apartment. We were a little disappointed that the Keurig listed and shown in pictures was missing but the apartment was ok otherwise. The futon listed is also not there but the owner had let us know that after we booked. Location is very convenient for historic downtown.

First time at this quaint little town. Our VRBO was just what we e pected. Cute, comfy, perfect for 2 people. Owner was great, communication with us was pleasant. It was close to all the sights, may restsurants nearby too. Hooe to come back fir a longer stay next time.
