Nice lobby, restaurant, bar area. Nice gift shop. Felt very welcoming. Walls must be thin. Heard everything going on in the hallway. Ordered a king bed in an oceanfront room, well in advance of our trip. Received a noisy full sized bed in an oceanfront handicap room. Was treated to free breakfast for compensation. Location is great and a short walk to ocean. Overall, I would consider this place next time in St Augustine.

Mediocre. Not what I would call a “resort”

Rooms were rather dated and small to have two double beds in them. We didn’t realize the actual hotel was behind the check-in desk building, so you have to go outside through a breezeway to get to the building with the rooms.

Hit and miss. Great warm welcoming employees. Twice the room key didn’t work….was given the wrong room number! Housekeeping ignored the DND sign, a/c wouldn’t turn off and lamp had broken bulb. Front desk manger handled everything superbly with grace and many apologies . The restaurant has great employees. Food was good but a very limited menu and needs work on lighting and atmosphere. Hotels playlist is excellent,
