Yes, it’s a motel…but it’s really nice! My room was clean, cheerful, comfortable and modern (still with some retro touches). Check-in is a breeze. Communication is mostly electronically but they are very informative, responsive and were helpful to all my inquiries. I also loved the convenience of being able to park right outside your door - no lobby, elevator and hallway to have to lug your suitcases through.

Rooms were nice and well thought out. Although there’s no front desk the staff were quick to reply. It’s easy to find and very convenient to the beach and the town needs. They do charge a $50 facility fee that didn’t appear to provide any guest value since it is simply a room in a motel setting. They do have games, bikes, beach chairs, and other amenities, but all for a rental fee of $10-30 per day. Seemed like an extra fee just to tack on unfortunately. We plan to be back!

Haley’s Court is a gem! We loved the accommodations, the attention to detail, and the friendliness of the staff. Its location is so close to all the activities in St. Augustine, yet provides the comfortable, quiet atmosphere of Vilano Beach. We highly recommend it!

Haley’s Court was the perfect place for us to spend our Christmas holiday. It is exceptionally clean, close to downtown St Augustine but removed enough from the chaos of its traffic and crowds, and a very short walk to the beach. The vintage/mid-century decor is so charming and fun! I must also mention that the walls are very soundproof. There was an infant in the room next to us and we didn’t hear him at all-despite his mom’s worries to the contrary. The staff made every aspect of our stay easy, comfortable and fun.

It was a pretty room actually, very nice interior and furniture. Everything we need is in there - pans, plates, wifi, towels, all of it. It's walking distance to both the beach and pier. There's a booklet for instructions and recommendations on places to go. It was very convenient. Only thing is that the connecting room door (or so it seems) is boarded up but we were still knocked by a neighbor because he said he can smell our cooked bacon at 6am, and he can't sleep because he's vegetarian, so maybe fully seal that door, but that's not a major issue and not the property 's fault either since it is breakfast time anyway. All else was great!

Whenever I travel I try to stay in a small local hotel/ motel. Haley’s Court was amazing! The check in was the easiest ever more like an air bnb than a hotel. Not having to wait at a desk to check in made the arrival process simple and convenient. The room was better than I had hoped for- the room was spotless, the decor was charming and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The location was in the heart of the beach area making heading to the beach a quick walk. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. I’m already planning on coming back!

The room was very clean. It’s close to the beach and only a couple of minutes from downtown St Augustine. The only thing is the sign in the bathroom instructing us to reuse towels because they are contactless and don’t refresh towels. Having to use 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels per person did not sit well with me. The area is quiet and safe.

The staff was super accommodating. Let me have an early check in from an overnight auto train ride from Virginia and a late check out to spend more time with my fiancé who is stationed at NAS JAX. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
