The space
This newly constructed beach house will wow you from the moment you walk in. The professionally decorated and appointed house and backyard pool retreat will allow you to relax and enjoy the memories of your vacation. There are two balconies with peekaboo ocean views, ample seating options to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The large kitchen and two living rooms are perfect for entertaining any size group and there is an elevator for carrying all your groceries and luggage to each floor. A kid's fun zone with shuffleboard, darts, corn hole and ping pong are set up in the garage.
The backyard is a private oasis with many seating options, a heated pool, and outdoor shower. The Golden Palms is located in the heart of the Golden Mile. There is beach access directly at the end of our street, restaurants, coffee bars and many activities in walking distance as well.
This home is monitored by Ring Security, at the doorbell and the driveway. **This home is limited to 14 guests. Absolutely No Large Parties or Gatherings
First Floor:
As you walk in you will find a living/teen room with a large TV, beverage center, pool bathroom w/ shower two baskets of fluffy beach towels (14) and the laundry room. Access to the backyard space with heated private pool and outdoor shower. This floor also gives you access to the garage gaming area that includes shuffleboard, darts, corn hole and ping pong.
Second Floor:
This floor has three en-suite king bedrooms with a en-suite bunk room for six with a kid friendly shower/tub combo. The first king bedroom will offer a full size glass enclosed shower and a private working area for those that need to stay connected. The second king bedroom will offer a balcony with a peekaboo ocean view and this en-suite offers a shower/tub combo as well. The third king bedroom is the primary and has an oversized double shower, large custom walk-in closet and a balcony with a peekaboo ocean view.
Third Floor:
Entertainers' open concept area with large fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10, living room, large pantry, two dishwashers, ice maker and coffee/drink bar. This floor is also where you will find the fourth king en-suite with a full-size glass enclosed shower. Head out onto the balcony where you will enjoy expansive seating options that include a large table for 8, separate seating for 8, the gas grill and views of the ocean.
Your private pool is heated to 85 degrees for your enjoyment during your stay at no additional cost. Use of elevator is also included at no additional cost.
Our property offers you a few extra supplies to start your vacation without a trip to the store right away. You will find a small offering of coffee pods, sugar, two rolls of toilet paper per bath, paper towels and a few extra trash bags to get you going.
