We had a lovely visit to St. Augustine for a family of 3 adults. The house was a perfect size for us and had a great kitchen (we cook a lot of meals at home). As long as you are fit enough to climb stairs to bedrooms and take a 15 minute stroll to historic district, I highly recommend (the trolly/train also stops very close to house). It was high oak pollen season, so the outside wasn’t very usable and no hose was seen to wash off furniture ourselves, but we enjoyed seeing squirrels, birds and a couple TNR kitties travel through the back deck. Overall we loved the stay and would return for another visit. Very quiet neighborhood and a cafe a few steps away made it even more pleasant.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying at this property for 2 weeks from 2/28 thru 3/14. We found the house well cleaned, equipped with kitchen items to prepare meals, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and basic paper goods. We had breakfast on the back deck where it was quiet and enjoyable. It is a quick walk to St George Street. Uber ran between 10-15 depending on time of day, Vilano beach is beautiful. Parking is difficult on the weekend so get there early. Host was easy and quick to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this home.

Three stars is probably generous. The house is in a nice walkable location. That’s the only good thing I can say. The house has been furnished by Amazon furniture that is not holding up. Couch was sunkin, chairs were ripped and barstools wouldn’t stay up. You really cannot sleep in this house between the lack of window treatments and the horrible light pollution coming from the street and the foam bed. The beds are drap. I’m 150 pounds and sink so far into the bed it’s hard to roll over. And, foam beds are hot. So it’s hot and lit up like it’s daytime- not restful. And then let’s talk the lack of hot water. They have a tank that will hold up for one shower per hour. We had three of us. We were five days in before my 16 year old gave up and showered in the hall bath instead of the en-suite with some hot water. The owners have no lock on the front door so you have to walk around the back of the house to get into the unit. I wouldn’t want to do this alone. It’s not an unsafe neighborhood, but there are a good number of homeless on that side of town. The door doesn’t lock properly- you need to push it in to get it to lock or unlock. Annoying. The signs threatening to charge for stained towels was not an acceptable touch considering there were three of us and we were allowed four towels and three hand towels for the week. Was it terrible? No. Was it worth the money and would we recommend a friend stay there? Also No.

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The home is clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a trolley stop near by. We enjoyed walking to the attractions and visiting the historic sites nearby. The house is great! Absolutely the best location to see St. Augustine with a stop just down the street for the "hop on hop off trolley". The house is super clean, well stocked with essentials and we loved it! Will definitely rent again next time we are in St. Augustine. And try the coffee place on the corner - it is yummy. Our hosts were so responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this adorable house!

The home is beautiful and in an excellent location - very walkable to the historic district. Added bonus is the little coffee shop on the corner that had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. House is immaculate and hosts were very responsive although there were no issues for them to resolve, just restaurant recommendations. One thing to note if you have dogs though - the backyard is not fenced all the way in and you will have to walk the dog.

I had a wonderful jog and walk iinto old town everyday. The location is ver nice. We did have trouble with the main television and internet. But we had plenty of other things to do. Nice little coffee shop across the street!
