Äskettäin uusittu! Tämä kaksikerroksinen, 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 ja puoli kylpy kaupunkitalo WI-FI nukkuu 8 mukavasti. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterioiden valmistukseen tai viihdyttämiseen, ja siitä on näköala vasta kalustettuun ruokailutilaan, jossa on istuttavia vähintään seitsemän. Olohuoneessa on myös kaikki uudet huonekalut ja siinä on queen-sohva-nukkuja ja rakkausistuin sekä uusi 55 tuuman taulutelevisio. Alakerrassa on kätevä mudroom / nook, jossa vieraat voivat ripustaa pyyhkeitä, varastoida rantakasseja ja leluja. Yläkerrassa on vierashuone, joka on mukavasti sisustettu uusilla vuoteilla, joihin sisältyy parivuode ja joukko pankot sekä lipasto ja yöpöytä. Tämä huone on kätevä vasta uusittuun toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Upouusi makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, yöpöytä, 6 laatikon lipasto ja 36 "taulutelevisio. Se sisältää myös kätevän työpöydän ja tuolin. Kaunis kylpyhuoneessa on iso mukava suihku. Siellä on pesulan nurkka, jossa vuokralaiset voivat säilyttää pyyhkeitä, pyykkitarpeita tai taittaa vaatteita. Voit myös nauttia ulkoterassista, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja upeat näkymät rannalle! Summerhouse-hotellissa on 4 lämpötila-ohjattavaa uima-allasta, joista voi valita uivan ympäri vuoden! Siellä on myös neljä tenniskenttää, kaksi mailapallokenttää ja yksi kattopallokenttä. Meillä on kaksi grillausaluetta ja kaksi leikkipaikkaa lapsille, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi kiinteistön molemmissa päissä. Yhteinen alue uima-altaitamme ympäröi hyvin hoidettu maisema ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Vuokrayksiköllämme on ystävällinen pääkonttorin henkilökunta ja huolto paikan päällä auttamaan ongelmien ratkaisemisessa nopeasti, jos niitä ilmenee. Meillä on pieni kirjasto ja kuntosali käytettävissä normaalina aukioloaikoina avuksesi.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Fort Matanzas National Monument. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi kuntosalin ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Family Christmas Get Away

We reserved this unit for two couples and a young adult. We found the property to be clean, nicely decorated and a wonderful lay out. Thanks so much for the added touch with the scrabble game... it has now become a new family tradition!!! The only 4 is the check in process would have been nice to have a keyless entry. Would definitely recommend this property!

A great condo, we booked it for February and March of 2025.This is a well managed complex, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself (location, amenities, etc) are fantastic. However the Management Company, the way they handle issues and their overall persona are horrendous. The property charges a "cleaning fee" of over $100. Cleaning of any unit on any property is to be expected, when this fee is separate/additional, the expectation is higher. This year, an additional $25 COVID fee was added. The top of my fridge was covered with dust and grime, the salt/pepper shakers were dusty and a to-go box was left in the fridge. These issues were brought to Sandy at the front desk whom my concerns seemed to inconvenience her. The keys we were given did not lock our deadbolt, that issue was never corrected. At checkout we were told to "jiggle the key" and it would work. Again, the property itself is wonderful, been going for over thirty years. The customer service is some of the worst and I work in the industry.

Condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds including the bunks! This is our 3rd time staying at Summerhouse. It's a quiet location away from the tourist things but close enough to do those things if you choose.

Reviewer Comments: Most issues arise from cleaning and having to deal with the on-site Office Staff with issues or concerns. The "cleaning fee" should probably be removed and simply added to the cost. When guests see "cleaning fee" there is an expectation of cleanliness. Previous year's we have come in to find laundry still in the washer/dryer, moldy coffee grinds, hair in the showers and window grime on ocean front units. Not necessarily "cleaning related" but there is supposed to be a "sweep" by staff before guests can check into units. Previous years we have walked into a broken AC unit, July in Florida, there is no way any person walked through our rental before we checked in and did not notice the AC was not working. Another year the AC was leaking all over the floor the puddle covered the area leading into the Master Bedroom, had someone walked through the Unit, they would have stepped in it checking that room/bathroom. Last year, our reservation was canceled by SH due to the Unit being remodeled from the hurricane the September before. While this would have been fine, we did not receive notification from SH until we called to make our final payment ninety days out. The "reason" we were given by the SH staff was that there was a "pipe leak". Our rental time was also changed from Sunday/Sunday to Saturday/Saturday. Upon arrival, the unit was no where close to ready (floors were bare, no appliances in kitchen, drywall work being done, etc). When the staff was questioned, the response was "rude" and blame was now on the hurricane. Again fine, would it not have been possible to contact rentals five/six months out to let them know there may be an issue? The response was "that would not be possible, no knowledge of construction time table, not enough time". No sort of compensation was given to be moved to a different time/unit and very unsympathetic. Thankfully we are "local" would have effected those who have to plan their travel differently.

It was very cleaned and well stocked. and the owner has done a great job of decorating. Loved the baths.We have always had good service from the office and management. We would definitely recommend this unit.We tried the new Panama Hatties and had good food and service. Say hi to Sandy, Diane and Ashley, hope all is well with them.
