Excellent location, clean, comfortable

Could not have asked for a better location. Quick drive into downtown St Augustine without being in the middle of St Augustine traffic. Easy access to everything we needed -- groceries, great dining, etc. Condo is clean and comfortable. Front rooms quite cramped -- can't even open the closets fully -- but we didn't spend much time in them, anyway. Master bedroom very spacious by comparison with very nice en suite bathroom and especially nice shower. Appliances, some fixtures a little dated and in need of a refresh (beach air is hard on things). Awesome pool, and heated. Friendly, welcoming complex residents. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

A Gem

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo since there isn’t much information on Vrbo about it above the basics. When we go to St. Augustine we always choose Anastasia by the Sea because of its location. Across the street you will find the beach, a little pizza joint, the best Italian ice stand and a donut shop. Restaurants right next door and the community center with the pier within 5 minutes. The condo was very nice with several beach towels, a cart, games and cooler provided. Kitchen was well stocked. The property management was a dream to work with. Very prompt response time and extremely courteous. We highly recommend this place.
