The interior spreads across multiple levels, giving everyone room to spread out or regroup as the day shifts. Downstairs, an entertainment area centers on an HDTV with Roku and a sound system for easy nights in, while board games offer a low-key option for slower afternoons. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the temperature steady no matter the season, and a private entrance means arrivals and departures happen on your own schedule. WiFi covers the whole house.

Sleeping arrangements
Seven beds across five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests. The primary suite holds a king bed with its own balcony access and ocean views. A second king bedroom sits alongside a third with a queen bed facing a quiet nature preserve. A bunk room with two twin-over-full setups suits kids or extra guests, and a fifth bedroom rounds things out with two doubles. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and storage - a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - are spread throughout the home.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen keeps group cooking simple, with a refrigerator, electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and silverware on hand. The dining table sits just off the kitchen, ready for lazy breakfasts or long dinners after a day by the water.

Outdoor living
The private pool is the centerpiece outside, with heat available upon advance request for an additional fee of $40/day. A private patio and balcony, plus a fully fenced backyard, stretch the living space outdoors, and a BBQ grill is set up for cookouts. Beach essentials - towels and chairs - are ready for your time on the sand, with nearby beach access putting the shoreline within easy reach. Free parking on site fits up to four vehicles.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms cover the group, each stocked with hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. A washer and dryer are available on-site for anyone staying a while.
