The rugs were old, worn out, and stained. The sink faucet was loose and shaky. The toilet was discolored and rusty. The bathtub was dirty/stained. The windows were dirty and moldy. The bedding was worn and the comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it. The room had a musty smell. The pool was dirty. The windows were painted shut.

I was very surprised on how dirty the bathroom was. I understand that I booked through a third party but I don't believe I deserved a disgusting room.There was toothpaste and stains on the mirror. There was pee on the base of the toilet. Let's not get me started on how disgusting that shower was. Or how the sink was so clogged that when I brushed my teeth it took 15 minutes for the water to go down. Plus there was food left over in the fridge. Was the bed the only thing cleaned/made.. at least I hope that was changed. Then the hot tub should be self-explanatory. Wrong... It was cold. Colder than the actual pool. That was probably the only reason I booked this hotel. I can honestly get past a dirty room. Because it was kind of cheap but the hot tub come on!!!!! Then breakfast...... Definitely was an interesting experience. Unfortunately I will not be staying again.

Had to ask multiple times for bath towels and toilet paper. Also there was black mold in bathroom. The room floor was not vacuum before we checked in, became there was trash all over the floor.

The pool and hot tub were not being upkept daily, so we did not use them. They seemed to be short staffed, we only saw 3 different employees. Otherwise we had a lovely time. The area is quite walkable. Recommend the Ghosts and Graveyards tour. The price was right for how close to everything we were.

It’s been a few days and I didn’t wanna say anything, but there were species on the wall next to the toilet hair everywhere. Nobody has dusted in a while and if you look too closely, you wanna leave.. Now the staff is amazing and super friendly, but somebody needs to go over with a tooth comb.
